Runaway Press serves to create thoughtful, hand-printed letterpress paper goods and gifts. Each printed item is dreamed up and composed using antique metal and wood type on an antique proofing press from the 1940's. The history, process and experimental nature of this old school craft allows each piece to be an original that holds charm and beauty from decades past. Handmade paper, collaging, bookbinding and marbling are also incorporated in the Runaway Press collections and offer new ways of combining mediums.
