All Alaya teas come from biodynamic estates. All Alaya herbals come from organic farms, which have transitioned to regenerative agriculture. 

LEMONGRASS + GINGER |  A tangy, lemony, and spicy herbal tea that is sourced from organic farms focused on regenerative farming practices in India. The organic ginger is grown in the gardens of the women who pluck our tea to provide them surplus revenue. This delightful, caffeine-free combo is best had on its own, without milk or sweeteners. Brew over the stovetop for 5 minutes to let the flavors fully develop, and then strain into your cup.

ASSAM BLACK + GINGER | A simple combination of black tea and ginger or black tea and cardamom. This is Alaya's take on a classic -- a robust, biodynamic CTC (Crush Tear Curl) Assam black tea blended with organic ginger that is grown in the gardens of the women who pluck our tea.

DARJEELING GREEN TEA | A unique offering, our Darjeeling Green tea has not been oxidized like its counterpart, Darjeeling Second Flush, and thus it retains its green color and is dried and rolled shortly after being harvested. This fragrant, aromatic Green tea is light, refreshing, and nutty, and comes from a biodynamic tea estate at the base of the Himalayas. Try Darjeeling Green iced, for a delicate cold brew in summer months.
